During the one-to-one virtual consultation, the shopping experience is also embedded. This allows the customer to speak directly with a makeup professional and then proceed to purchase the recommended products, very similar to an in-store experience. This is perfect for the moments you want to treat yourself from the couch (probably not wearing makeup) or need to purchase some gifts for your beauty-obsessed bestie. To upgrade the gifting experience, Charlotte also offers gift wrapping that includes a personalised star constellation design according to your zodiac sign.





Not only do the virtual consultations recommend beauty products for your most glamorous looks. Charlotte has embedded numerous digital services, including a 10-minute Q&A with an expert, a gifting fairies call for the perfect holiday shopping experience, foundation experts chat to find your perfect shade, skincare classes, and make-up tutorials. There is even a wedding make-up call, matching the brides with a pro-artist to create the perfect look for their special day. Zoom weddings just received an upgrade.

Through the digital experience, you are also provided with your own personal profile where all the product recommendations, services, and make-up artist notes will be stored. This type of personalization did not exist when simply walking into a brick-and-mortar store.


Another added bonus is a virtual mirror, powdered by Makeup AI. This is perfect for when you want to try on a certain eye shadow or blush, but maybe not in the mood to directly chat with a consultant (because we’re a little over Zoom by the end of the day). We’re all using the holidays this year to really lift our spirits, and this is another way to go the extra mile. The truth of the matter is when we look good...we FEEL GOOD.
