David Koma just launched his latest collection on Pocket Styler

The cult-favourite brand teams up with the mobile fashion game for RE23

Today, more than 100 items of clothing, footwear and accessories from the David Koma Resort 2023 collection will become available within mobile fashion game Pocket Styler, developed and published by Nordcurrent. Simultaneously the exact items will be available to purchase online on the brand’s website.

It is a new experience, launching the collection as clothing and virtually within the app, allowing more people than ever to own one of my designs.”

Pocket Styler allows players to create and style their avatar for a range of daily themed events, with other gamers voting on their outfits. The game currently boasts 310+ trillion possible combinations of outfits with 10.5 million looks submitted weekly and over 10 million votes given to outfits daily.

Established in 2002 in Vilnius, Lithuania, Nordcurrent develops and publishes games for smartphones, tablets, and PC/Mac computers. Over the last 20 years, Nordcurrent has developed more than 50 games that have been downloaded over 500 million times across the world, with their biggest hit being ‘Cooking Fever’– a time-management game where players can cook meals and desserts from all over the world. Other recent Nordcurrent games include the multiplayer mobile shooting game ‘Sniper Arena’ and the interactive crime novel ‘Murder in the Alps’. The company has more than a dozen new titles in development.

This is only the second and biggest collaboration for the Pocket Styler game, which originally launched in May 2021, with all looks designed in-house. Since then, the game has been downloaded 15.8 million times and boasts 1.7 million monthly active users. 70% of Pocket Styler players are above 25 years of age and more than 85% are female, reflecting well the target audience of a luxury womenswear brand like David Koma.
