In a groundbreaking move that marries the worlds of beauty and high-speed motorsports, Charlotte Tilbury, the eponymous brand created by the visionary MBE-awarded Charlotte Tilbury, steps into the fast lane with an unprecedented global sports sponsorship.

This collaboration not only marks Charlotte Tilbury's first foray into global sports sponsorship but also establishes it as the pioneering beauty brand—and the first female-founded entity—to support the F1 Academy, a bold initiative by Formula 1 aimed at nurturing and propelling female drivers to the forefront of racing competition.

This collaboration is poised to spotlight the F1 Academy™️'s female drivers, amplifying their profiles and celebrating their achievements. It's a move that promises to bring the thrilling opportunities within motorsport closer to a broader audience, particularly resonating with the new Formula 1 fan base. “Currently 40% of F1 fans are female, contributing to a total 2022 season viewership of over 1.5bn,” explains Charlotte Tilbury.

The collaboration is visually embodied in the "Charlotte Tilbury operated by Rodin Motorsport car, which is set to captivate audiences with its striking night crimson and rose gold livery. Adorned with the iconic Hot Lips symbol and the empowering slogan "Makeup Your Destiny!", the car, helmet, and racing suit symbolize the fusion of beauty and the adrenaline-pumping world of racing, embodying the spirit of empowerment and ambition.

Charlotte Tilbury herself, the President, Chairman, CCO, and founder of her brand, has long championed the power of confidence and the belief that beauty extends beyond the superficial, “My brand was created for everyone, everywhere, and as a female-founder I’m thrilled that we’re the first ever beauty brand to support these powerhouse drivers through our partnership with the F1 Academy,” Tilbury tells us,

“We are standing proudly behind the incredible young women making waves in the fast-paced world of Formula 1. Motorsport has a huge female following, and the drivers of F1 Academy are already increasing representation and diversity in the sport. With this partnership, we will use our global platform to elevate this new generation of fearless young female drivers, and open up the traditionally male-dominated world of motorsport to even more talented young women.”

I want to thank Charlotte for believing in our mission and enabling us to reach a new audience of young women to showcase the opportunities available to them in our sport.”
